a message from the committee ( March/April 2020 )

Dear Bath Sword Club Member.

The committee sincerely hopes you and your loved ones are all keeping well in these most trying of times.

We want to assure you all that we fully intend to reopen as soon as possible and that the club has secured our venue for when we reopen and have covered all running costs up to the current closure.

With the uncertainty of when we will be able to reopen and financial pressures many members are anticipating we have had a number of enquiries about membership subscriptions. We fully appreciate some members will need to prioritise outgoings and monthly subs to Bath Sword may not be top of the list. If you intend to put your subs on hold can we ask you to contact our treasure Sandra at  treasurer@bathswordclub.co.uk to let her know and hopefully we will see you again when this is all over.

For other members who are able and willing to continue to maintain a full sub or  a reduced amount, this will be invaluable to keep the club ticking along and to ensure we are in a robust position when we recommence. If you would like to to reduce your sub for the time being please contact Andy  chairman@bathswordclub.co.uk  who will advise you how to Gift Aid it to allow us to make the most of it. If you are able to maintain your usual payment, thank you.

We will of course be in touch as soon as we know more, but in the mean time we hope you all stay safe and well and check out the regular posts our coaches are putting up on the club FB page and website.
